The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly when I had to change my reservation date.

However one of the nightstands came off the wall and caused an accident which was quite alarming.

The staff here was super friendly, especially Scot at the front desk. He gave us some good dining suggestions and even checked in to see if we needed anything. Can't forget to mention they packed breakfast for us, which was better than nothing, considering the situation!

Pricey for what you get but not outrageous.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel while visiting Lexington! The lobby offered complimentary coffee and lemon water, which was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four young children. The pool was a hit, keeping the kids entertained during our stay.

My kids wished for a kid-friendly menu at breakfast.

I loved the comfy king bed and the bright bathroom lighting during my stay. The indoor swimming pool and sunny loungers were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included, but it was worth trying the local spots nearby. 😊

The room, while generally comfortable, could benefit from a deeper cleaning, especially around the bed area. Alarmingly, the nightstand detached from the wall when pressure was applied, causing an incident that required attention, though thankfully it didn’t necessitate medical assistance.

The hotel had a clean room and the staff were friendly, especially Tabitha, who made breakfast enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, but the adjoining room was too noisy, making it hard to relax. Additionally, I was surprised that breakfast wasn’t included despite asking at check-in.

Exceptional cleanliness and welcoming staff.

The bed was comfy, which is always a plus. The room was nice overall, but it could have been a bit cleaner. I loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave handy. Also, the walls are kinda thin, so I heard everything going on in the hallway and next door, which was a little annoying. But it was quiet enough on the backside of the room. The nightstand came off the wall when my wife set a drink on it. that was a bit concerning. But the staff was really nice and helpful.
